The breakfast was excellent, with an extensive selection of hot and cold food. I got the impression that this is the standard in Norway. If only other hotels around the world could provide this sort of service. The bed was very comfortable. Very friendly staff. Great location.

This hotel shines in the breakfast room! Initially you think that the selection is limited, as the place is rather small. But if you look closely, there are excellent options, like organic butter, home made marmalades, smoothies with fruit juice, small fish treats in small jars to name few, that make your day. We did enjoy the breakfast!

The staff were just the standout. So helpful and they were very welcoming. Thank you all. The room was large with a great view over towards the Parliament, and the location is close to the main shopping street, metro, and waterfront area. The breakfast is superb. We also received vouchers for a light buffet dinner each night (apart from Sundays) which was a lovely addition.

I don't think there is any other hotel in Europe or for that matter anywhere else in the world that serves caviar at the breakfast buffet..my favourite pickled herring was also available and the organic butter was so tasty! Breakfast hosts George Favali and Oluwambe were just spectacular.... Room was spacious... Location is 5 star next to Parliament and Karl Johann shopping street and near to the jetty for a quick fjord boat tour...

Very good location, everything is close or has great connection. Very helpful and lovely staff. Nice varied breakfast and a surprise - a light meal in the evening. We had two rooms, both were clean and had everything we needed, however one was without a window which was not what was shown in the photos (both should have windows).

- Amazing location : next to everything, walking distance from all the sights. - Staff is so friendly and helpful. We had to take an early flight and asked for breakfast and they arranged a lovely package for us to take to the airport. - Breakfast is insane! So many choices and everything homemade. It was so so good. One of the best breakfasts I had. - Beds were very comfy. Cleaning comes everyday.

Great, central location, lovely sized room with excellent decor. Wood floors which was fantastic and felt really clean. Bathrobes for everyone in the room. Super breakfast options and the staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly.

The personnel at the front desk was polite and always helpful. The location was great, close to the city center and next to small park on the one hand and the port on the other. Comfortable bed and well heated room. The breakfast was excellent with great variety of tasty and fresh items. The hotel offered coffee at the reception.

Large bedroom, with very comfortable bed. Plenty of space in the room for our family of 3. They have a lovely lounge on the 7th floor that has amazing views, free coffee, fruits and nuts. The breakfast was lovely and the restaurant setting very nice too. Lovely new bathroom and the shower was great.

Location is absolutely perfect, you are walking distance from all of Oslo's must-visit places and lots of restaurants are just around the corner! Breakfast buffet is also very good, plenty of sweet and salty alternatives! Room was clean and tidy, a bit small perhaps.
